Modern & Unique, 2-story Apartment in the Center

Do not book with 2nd Homes Positive: Good location, thats pretty much it Negative: My first experience this year with 2nd homes was not good but i decided to give 2nd Homes another chance. After all, its possible my experience was just the odd one out. But again we were disappointed by missing utensils, inadequate and bad qualiry bedding and beds, inadequate cleaning and the general disrepair of one of the properties. The staff were helpful, brought over the missing items and organized additional cleaning, but it should hardly be the job of the paying client to check and report these rhings every time. The apartment was in a very shabby condition, broken outlets and furniture, water damaged bathroom doors, broken tap in the bathroom, cracked glass counter tops, all mechanisms for all blinds broken and unusable. The apartment has not been maintained apart of cleaning in between rentals in ages. Overall, 2nd homes also only provides the bare minimum in terms of comfort. The apartments only contain beds and sofas, no night tables or night lights, and inadequate curtains which do not cover the windows completely. This "4 bedroom apartment" we rented at Köydenpunojankatu 4B 24 in Helsinki actually only had one real bedroom with a door, one large wardrobe with a bed in it and no windows, and a large open loft with 6 beds in it. Make of that what you will. Over all, since I also received no response to my previous review and comments on both Google and directly with 2nd Homes, I would strongly advice NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICES, as there is clearly a lack of interest from their management to provide a quality service to their clients. They are not worth your money.

Negative: No se puede abrir ninguna ventana de la casa y solo tiene aire acondicionado en una habitación, que además no funcionaba bien. El calor era horrible después de estar todo el dia dando el sol en los cristales, sin poder abrir ninguna ventana y sin aire acondicionado. Además el WiFi no funcionaba

Positive: Easy to pick up the keys but out of the way. Space was large and has so much potential. Negative: Space fell short due to lack of cleanliness and very minimal offerings. There wasn't enough bedding for all of the beds but luckily we weren't using one of them. There was only a single bath towel per person. There were not any hand towels in any of the bathrooms or the kitchen, and thus nowhere to dry your hands after washing them. There was no soap or body wash in the shower, only shampoo and conditioner. It felt like the unit was purposely kept at the bare minimum without providing for standard conveniences we've come to expect from stays like this. As for cleanliness, we found hairs and crumbs throughout the apartment, including on tables, and there was even a contact stuck to the wall of one of the bedrooms.

Positive: Ogromny apartament, dobrze wyposażony i ładnie zaprojektowany. Fajna sauna i łazienka. Negative: Konieczność odbioru kluczy ze skrytki oddalonej o kilkanaście minut szybkiego marszu.

Nice for a short trip. Positive: The location and dining table Negative: There weren’t enough towels. Some beds seemed to be missing parts of the mattress. Some things were broken, e. g. lamp and wall behind the stove. Toilet didn’t small good.
